At Terre3, we whip up custom 3D maps where you can toss in all the info you want, so users can get the most out of ’em.
We link up public data so everyone can use and tap into it without needing anything more than a web browser and an internet connection. All our services are web-based, so you can use ’em from anywhere with any internet-connected device.
We’ve also got this nifty portal that takes GIS and BiM to a whole new level, giving your projects some extra visibility.

For over a decade, I've been immersed in the tech industry, and I consider myself fortunate to do what I love. Every new project is a challenge, and that's what fuels my passion. Esteban Ruíz de Oña
I am Esteban Ruiz de Oña, a founding partner of Terre3, passionate about geotechnologies and software development. My education as a Technical Engineer in Surveying, Engineer in Geodesy and Cartography, and a Doctor in Geotechnologies Applied to Construction, Energy, and Industry has allowed me to create innovative technological solutions supported by geotechnologies to tackle complex challenges in various fields, such as energy and industry. My career has been divided between the private sector and academia, but in both cases, it has been focused on geospatial software development and research in geotechnologies. From my work in academia, several open-source software projects have emerged, including the photogrammetric reconstruction software GRAPHOS.
Carmen Arias
I'm a very curious person who's always learning. In this tech-driven world, if you don't keep studying, you fall behind in the blink of an eye. That's why my passion for technology drives me to keep moving forward constantly. Every day, I pick up something new to stay on top of things. This really helps me in the ongoing battle for positioning, as there's something new every day, some changes, and, of course, new competitors to contend with. In a nutshell, I'm an industrial engineer who, for various reasons, is dedicated to marketing and 3D design. I'm passionate about the web world and an expert in SEO.
